Can adults wear Pip Pop?
Absolutely! We love Pip Pop Post for all ages. They are lightweight, high quality, and will fit nearly all ear lobes! We love them as an everyday stud or in a stack for multiple piercings.
A style I want is sold out! Will it be coming back?
Many of our styles continue to sell out. Each earring is custom made, so our restocks take an average of 4-6 weeks. We recommend signing up for emails to receive updates on restocks & new styles. And not waiting if you love a pair!
Can I sleep in Pip Pop?
Yes! Our earrings are very comfortable & meant to be low maintenance. We recommend checking the security of the back regularly by twisting it until it stops.
What are your earrings made of?
All our earrings are made from hypoallergenic stainless steel with an 18k gold PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating — a process that bonds the gold at a molecular level, resulting in a harder, more scratch-resistant finish than traditional plating. It’s known for being more durable and longer-lasting than traditional gold plating.
Our materials are independently lab-tested and verified free of nickel, lead, and cadmium (ATS Lab Report #479023), and compliant with CPSIA and ASTM F2923-20 children’s jewelry safety standards — so they’re a safe, comfortable choice for even the most sensitive ears.
Shipping
When will I get my order?
At Pip Pop Post, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. Standard shipping typically takes 4 to 7 business days. All orders are shipped via First Class Ground.

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.

Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Pip Pop has a final sale policy for hygienic reasons, unless otherwise determined by Pip Pop. If you experience problems with your earrings or are unhappy in any way, please contact us at hello@pippoppost.com. Items sent back without an approved return exception will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@pippoppost.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly resolve issues.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
